Accountable Menopause Health Strategies
Sarah Lussier
Sarah is a menopause health mediator and strategist, serving as a conduit for intelligence and direction across menopause health. Lussier believes that while women share a wide array of similarities and commonalities, every woman’s life, health, understanding and experiences are their own. Lussier thinks that what can work for a particular woman will not always be a template for all women. Through Accountable Menopause Health Strategies, Lussier teaches a responsible process of discerning, vetting and challenging the research, claims and opinions that surround menopause and women’s health today.
Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts and Master’s of Arts in Economics from McGill and University of Waterloo, respectively, and worked as a health economist for nearly 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry. After decades of reconciling her own health experiences, while growing her understanding of the healthcare field, Lussier felt ready to create her business to educate and empower women while honoring each woman as a unique individual.
How she can help in your wellness journey
Sarah focuses on authoring an individual process, plan or service for each woman that is personalized through evidence-based research. Then, that individual process is aligned with an intuitive element helping to discern and distinguish what will work for that specific woman. Lastly, this is supplemented by an accountable plan for responsibility and empowerment, followed by critical re-evaluation and re-discernment.
Testimonials:
" Thank you so much Sarah for all this [research] work! It really does make sense that in fact my thyroid may be the culprit to my digestive issues. How would I be relieved to finally pinpoint at the actual issue and start dealing with something concrete. I'm just happy someone listened and is connecting the dots for me." - Anna, Public servant
"I found out there is a healthy workplace group that plays volleyball over lunch break twice a week. I signed up. Thanks to our conversation I was ready to jump in once an accessible option showed up. Thanks for all you do to encourage people to have a healthy lifestyle!" - Patsy, DEI specialist
"I have loved the strength classes, thank you so much. I LOVE the body scans. You are an amazing instructor, 5 stars all across. I really loved the [Menopause Support] Hub. I appreciated our online discussions among members. Every guest speaker that we had was just great, super informative and knowledgeable. Thank you for everything and for going the extra mile to understand women's health in particular. We need more Sarahs in our lives." - Elizabeth, HR specialist
"[the strength training classes] were great! I think group activities are what works for me. It's nice to see progress. I like that you switch up the routine every month. Checking in with my body between each set was cool. I liked the age group of participants in relation to what I am going through at the moment. For the Hub, I am looking forward to the sleep session. The sessions all look really relevant to me." - Valerie, Operations Director
