The Harmonic Egg® is an energy therapy that helps bring the body into a meditative state of relaxation. The client experiences 50 minutes of gradually deepening relaxation while being enveloped in the resonant vibration of music and color and light.

Clients tell us that they have experienced relief from PTSD, and from career, relationship, and health-related stress and anxiety. Those who have experienced physical trauma often carry stress in their bodies as muscle memory. The Harmonic Egg® is a no-touch modality, and it seems to provides more relief than other modalities for these clients.

Carrie Gray, DOMP, is an intuitive manual osteopath with over 30 years experience using techniques including, Cranial sacral therapy, myofascial release, visceral techniques, reiki and matrix repatterning.

Rachael Jewell is a singer/songwriter, voice teacher and channeller through the modality of sound healing. She offer's both group and personal sound healing sessions

After an intake to determine the music, and colours that best suite the clients intention, they will experience a balancing of the nervous system, so that the body is open to receive the frequencies that will energetically align them with their whole and healed self.
