Sastee has been working in the field of autism for several years and have extensive background in behaviour analysis and special education. Through her experience I was able to identify the lack of support for parents and caregivers, Dimensional Behaviour Consulting Inc. has been developed to share the science of behaviour to improve the lives of families.

As a professional, she understands that children with autism may have a difficult time generalizing newly learned skills. It is important to her for children to reach their full potential; thus, she has transitioned myself and became a Project ImPACT Parent Coach.

With this new focus she can assist parents in understanding the behaviours and teachings of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) for them to assist in the development and generalization of their children's skills, with this naturalistic developmental behavioural intervention (NDBI) approach.

She is also certifed CPR, Nonviolent Crisis Prevention (CPI)

How she can help in your wellness journey as a parent

We help parents with a parent-mediated intervention for young children with austism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related social communication delays so that their children reach their full potential. We:

• Focus on teaching and empowering parents with the use of position strategies and evidence based ABA when interacting with your child
• Implement prompting and reinforcement to teach the child to use new communication, imitation, and play skills within child-led interactions
• Develop and modify goals to reduce undesired behaviour and increase desired behaviours
• Teach new skills necessary to thrive and shine at school, home and in the community
