Health and wellness have been Matt's passion for over 25 years. He has learned and gained wisdom through trial and error deep in the trenches through his own alchemical transformation. He has 17 years of personal training experience and has worked with a variety of clientele helping them to achieve their wellness goals from baby boomer fitness, fat loss, strength training, endurance, bodybuilding, injury prevention, balance/symmetry, sport specific, post physio rehab, stress management, emotional/mental/spiritual guidance and nutritional coaching while helping build accountability to optimize results that last for life.
