Kelly is a compassionate Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, who practices virtual (video call) therapy with adult clients – both individually and as couples. She works well with daydreamers, soul-seekers and free spirits with big feelings. If this feels relatable to you, she may be a good fit.

Kelly’s approach to therapy is anti-oppressive, trauma informed, and integrative. She does not believe in one-size-fits-all treatments, and her goal in session is to make conversation feel natural while offering clinical knowledge and experience. She is deeply passionate in her work, and committed to both body- and sex-positivity. She loves working with spiritual clients, clients who identify as LGBTQ1IA+, and those who have experienced oppression.
