This creates an ability to take control of your mental health, becoming your own biggest emotional supporter. We work with our clients to not only understand their struggles but also to understand how to manage or overcome these while giving yourself a little grace in the process.
Testimonials:
My now 17 year old daughter has been struggling with her mental health since around age 8, to the point of physical symptoms such as panic attacks and nervous ticks.
We have worked with 2 therapist's in the past, and unfortunately after 2 therapists and years of trying to find someone who could truly make a difference, I'm happy to say in our case the third one is a charm!
After 2 sessions with Jessics my daughter is feeling heard, validated and supported in her mental health journey. My daughter and i are equally grateful that we found Jessica! 🙏
