        Get Fit with Chedza

        Chedza Mudongo

        Chedza is a certified Fitness Coach who has successfully transitioned into a Postpartum Wellness Coach. Her mission is to empower moms to cultivate a positive and sustainable relationship with food, while effortlessly creating a healthy lifestyle.

         

        Through her personal journey of overcoming anorexia, she realized that fitness was a crucial element in saving her life and that dedication to the mind, body, and movement are essential to achieve wellness goals.

         

        Over the past few years, she has expanded upon her expertise in the holistic wellness field and has embraced sound and energy healing practices. She recognizes that trauma and unresolved issues can impact all aspects of our lives and as such, she works to guide her clients in healing and to achieve a balanced state of well-being.

         

        How she can help in your wellness journey

         

        She helps moms to prioritize mindful eating, mindset work, and enjoyable physical activities, enabling them to successfully navigate their wellness journey.

        Hi, I just want to give a shout out to my coach and great friend Chedza. I asked for her help a few months ago to get motivated and moving my body again. It's been 4 years since I had my son and my energy level and fitness level had plumeted since having him. Before I got pregnant with him I exercised regularly and had so much energy and stamina.
