Saha Psychotherapy
Catherine Gendron
Catherine is the Clinical Director, Registered Psychotherapist and a Medidation Teader. As a Registered Psychotherapist with twelve years of experience in mental health, she takes a holistic approach to therapy that aligns mind, body and soul. She uses evidence-based and creative therapies to empower her clients to explore the complex layers of the human experience. Through collaboration, she guides them to feel confident and capable, helping them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
By encouraging clients to tap into their inner resources, such as resilience, self-compassion, and mindfulness, she helps them develop trauma-sensitive coping strategies they can use beyond our sessions.
At Saha Psychotherapy, we provide a safe space for you to explore vulnerability with self-compassion and support. We believe that vulnerability is not a weakness, but an opportunity for growth and transformation. As humans, we all struggle and face challenges that can hinder us if we do not approach them with a resilient mindset - we are here to help you develop this.
In our sessions, we take a non-judgmental and psychoeducational approach and help you develop a new relationship with your vulnerability. Using evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, Polyvagal Theory and Mindfulness techniques, we work together to help you evolve on a psychological, physical and emotional level.
Let's explore your challenges and unlock your potential for healing and growth.
